Analytics overview

Cycle times, on-time rate, driver leaderboard, demand patterns, and more.

The Analytics page covers the last 7 days by default — switch to Last 30, Last 90, This month, Last month, or a custom range with the date picker top-right. Analytics is a sidebar dropdown: Overview is the main page; Customer retention is its own sub-page (see Customer retention).

What's there

  • Cycle times — average minutes for packing, dispatch, and delivery legs, plus end-to-end
  • On-time rate — share of orders delivered inside their committed time window
  • Order-lifecycle funnel — how many orders crossed each milestone in the period
  • Driver leaderboard — per-driver totals, success rate, and average dispatch→delivered time
  • Weekday volume — order count by day of week, useful for staffing decisions
  • Order-type split — delivery vs collection (pickup) revenue + count
  • New vs repeat customers — how much of the period's demand came from returning customers
  • Cancellation reasons — why orders got cancelled in the period
