Collect payment at the door (COD)

When an order is captured as Cash on Delivery, the Confirm delivery screen shows a "Collect payment" block. The driver enters the amount, picks the method (cash, card, SnapScan, Zapper, PayFast, Yoco, or other), and optionally adds a reference.

Saving it records a normal payment row against the order — the same shape the office uses on the dashboard — attributed to the driver in the audit trail. The order's paid amount and payment status update automatically; the office sees it on the Finance page and the order's activity feed.
