Customer retention

Spot the regulars who've gone quiet — before they're gone for good.

Analytics → Customer retention (also reachable from the Analytics dropdown in the sidebar). The tracker buckets every customer by how long it's been since their last order:

  • Active — ordered recently, within the retention window
  • At risk — past the window but not far past — the ones worth a phone call
  • Lapsed — long silent; a win-back target

Each row shows the customer, their last-ordered date, days since, lifetime value, and total orders — so you can prioritise the high-value at-risk customers first. Tap a row to open the customer and their order history.
