Invite teammates

Open Settings → Users. Click Invite. Enter the teammate's name and email and pick a role:

• Admin — everything except billing. Can manage settings and the team.
• Manager — manage drivers and customers, edit orders, view reports. Can't change org-level settings.
• Dispatcher — capture and edit orders, assign drivers, print labels, view today's analytics.
• Production — see the packing queue, mark items packed. No customer or financial data.
• Driver — mobile app only. See assigned orders, capture proof-of-delivery.
• Viewer — read-only access to all areas. Can't edit anything.

The invitee gets a setup email from Supabase Auth with a one-time link to choose their password. Once they accept, they show up in the Users list with a coloured role pill. Owners of the workspace can't be removed — only transferred (contact support).
