Cancel an order
Reasons, customer notification, and the audit trail.
Cancel order is the red pill at the end of the actions row. Pick a reason — customer request, out of stock, wrong details, customer no-show, payment issue, duplicate, driver issue, or other — and optionally add a note. "Other" requires a note.
On confirm, Odro sets the order to cancelled, pushes a customer-facing tracking event (so their tracking page reflects the change), writes the reason to the activity feed, and refunds-if-applicable rules in your notification policies fire.
