Flag an order for management

Surface a problem on the dashboard so a manager can resolve it.

Open the order's More menu and pick "Flag for issue". Choose a reason (wrong cut, customer complaint, payment dispute, etc.) and add a free-text note. The order shows up immediately in the dashboard's Needs attention panel under "Flagged for management".

From the dashboard you can click into the order; resolving the flag from the activity feed clears it from the panel. Flagged orders also have a dedicated filter on the orders list — apply ?flag=open or click the panel CTA to see only open flags.
