Customer tracking page

What your recipients see when they click the tracking link.

Every order gets a public tracking URL: odro.ai/track/<your-business>/<code>. The recipient sees your business name in the link (your workspace slug — set automatically at sign-up) followed by a forest-green status hero (Out for delivery, Delivered, etc.), a step-by-step timeline of the order's journey, and after delivery, a 1-5 star rating + feedback box.

What they see

  • Current status — green for in-progress / delivered, amber for failure
  • Step timeline — Order received → Preparing → Packed → Out for delivery → Delivered
  • Order summary — delivery date, masked address, item lines, total
  • Rescheduled items — when part of the order rolled forward, a card lists the deferred lines, the reason, and the new date, with a link to track that portion separately
  • Delivery PIN — when your workspace requires PIN proof-of-delivery, the customer's 4-digit code shows here until the order is handed over
  • Proof of delivery — photos + recipient name once delivered
  • Rating block — 1-5 stars + optional written feedback (only after delivered)
