Get started

Capture your first order

Walk through the new-order wizard end-to-end in under two minutes.

From the dashboard, hit the New order button (top right on desktop, the floating + on mobile).

Step 1 — Customer

Search by name, phone, or email. Match a returning customer in one tap; the wizard pre-fills their default address, account-customer status, and delivery notes. New customer? Switch to 'Add new' — the form takes name, phone, address, type (individual or business). Business customers get extra fields for VAT and contact name.

Step 2 — Items

Type the first few letters of a product to pick from your catalogue, or click 'Add custom line' for one-off items. Each line has a small + Note chip — tap it to add a special-cut or kitchen note (e.g. "vac-pack", "skin-on", "no bone"). Quantity supports decimals for kg-priced items.

Step 3 — Delivery

Choose Delivery or Collection. Pick a date and (optionally) a time window — leave both blank for 'any time'. Assign a driver now or later. Set a priority (low / normal / urgent) if the order is time-critical. The address auto-fills from the customer; override it for one-off drop-offs.

Step 4 — Review & save

Confirm the totals, payment method, and any production notes for the team. Hit Create order — Odro stamps the QR, slots it into today's queue, and pushes the customer their tracking link. If your workspace has the PIN proof-of-delivery requirement turned on (Settings → Delivery), a 4-digit PIN is also generated and shown to the customer on their tracking page.
