Delivery & proof-of-delivery settings
Configure what the driver app requires at the door — photo, signature, PIN, QR — plus optional workflow features.
Settings → Delivery is where you tune the driver flow for how your business actually works. With everything here off (the default), Confirm delivery is a single green-button tap. Turn things on as you need them — each toggle is independent and the driver app shows only what's relevant.
Proof of delivery
Four independent requirements the driver must satisfy before Confirm delivery unlocks:
- Photo — the driver must take at least one photo (front door, parcel, or recipient).
- Signature — the driver must capture a signature on glass.
- PIN — every new order gets a random 4-digit code, shown to the customer on their tracking page and emails; the customer reads it to the driver at hand-over. Orders captured before you turned this on aren't retroactively gated.
- QR scan — the driver must scan the parcel's barcode/QR before confirming, so the right parcel goes to the right customer on multi-drop routes.
Workflow features
Optional steps that add affordances to the driver app. Each defaults to off so the app stays uncluttered for fleets that don't need them:
- Load check — drivers scan each parcel as they load the truck (see Drivers → Scan-to-load).
- Skip stop — drivers can skip a stop and come back to it later in the run.
- I've arrived — adds an arrival button that fires the customer-facing "your driver is arriving" notification.
Vehicle check requirement
Gate the start of a driver's day on a vehicle check — Off, Pre-trip (required before the first Confirm delivery), or Both (pre-trip at the start, post-trip at the end). See Drivers → Vehicle checks.
