Order detail page
Everything about a single order — actions, edits, comments, history.
Tap an order to open its detail page. The customer card sits at the top with a big bold name and avatar; address, phone, and email follow underneath.
Actions row
- Primary next-step button — context-aware (Mark packed, Mark out for delivery, Confirm delivery, etc.) so you can advance the order in one tap
- Status menu — jump to any specific status manually
- Mark invoiced — for fresh-goods workflows where the final R-amount is confirmed after weighing
- More — Print label (A4 PDF), Split for partial fulfilment, Report a per-item issue, Flag for management
- Cancel order — destructive action, captures a reason and notifies the customer's tracking page
Activity feed
Every change writes a row to the activity feed — status changes, scans, comments, payments, flags, splits, per-item issues, cancellations. The feed groups events by day and shows the actor (which user did what) where known.
Time window
Click the time window value to inline-edit it. Both empty = 'any time'; start only = 'after X'; end only = 'before Y'. Changes are reflected on the customer's tracking page.
