Notifications

Settings → Notifications. For each trigger event (order confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered, attempted, day-before reminder) you can enable email and/or SMS notifications, customise the template, and set delivery rules.

The customer's address goes into the To: field automatically; their tracking link is injected as a {trackingUrl} placeholder. Use the brand colour from Settings → Organisation as a header band.
