Scan-to-load (load check)

Load check is an optional feature your workspace can turn on (Settings → Delivery). When it's on, drivers get a Load check shortcut in the more-menu on the Today screen.

The driver scans each parcel's QR (or tracking code / internal ref) as they put it on the truck. Odro confirms the parcel belongs to that driver's run and logs a load scan. If a parcel is assigned to a different driver, the app flags the mis-load on the spot — far cheaper to fix at the depot than at a customer's door 40 minutes later.
