Roles & permissions

What each role can and can't do.

Permissions are role-based. The roles available when you invite a teammate are:

  • Owner — everything, including billing. There's exactly one owner per workspace.
  • Admin — everything except billing.
  • Manager — manage drivers + customers, edit orders, view reports. Cannot change org-level settings.
  • Dispatcher — capture + edit orders, assign drivers, print labels, view today's analytics.
  • Production — see the packing queue, mark items packed. No customer or financial data.
  • Driver — mobile app only. See assigned orders, capture proof-of-delivery.
  • Viewer — read-only access to all areas.

Roles are colour-coded throughout the app — admins are blue, managers are green, dispatchers are neutral, production is amber, drivers are blue, viewers are grey, owners are violet.
