Vehicle checks

Drivers can file a vehicle check from the more-menu on the Today screen — a checklist (tyres, lights, fuel, cleanliness, etc.) with pass/fail per item, optional photos, and an overall pass result. Each check is stamped with the driver, vehicle reg, and time.

Requiring a check before dispatch

Your workspace can require a vehicle check before a driver can start delivering (Settings → Delivery — vehicle check requirement). Set it to:

• Off — checks are optional, available but never gated.
• Pre-trip — the driver must file a pre-trip check before their first Confirm delivery of the day.
• Both — pre-trip required at the start, post-trip prompted at the end of the run.

When a check is required and missing, the deliver flow stops the driver and routes them to the check first, then bounces them back to finish the delivery.
