Orders list, filters & views

The Orders page opens to today by default. The pill toolbar at the top shows your search box, a Filter popover, and a Lists / Map view toggle. A day strip + month calendar above the list lets you jump to any date — each day chip shows the count and surfaces a marker when that day has issues, partials, or carryovers that need attention.

Filtering

• Date — Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday, Next 7 / 30 days, Last 7 / 30 days, All time, or a custom range
• Status — pending → confirmed → packed → assigned → out for delivery → delivered, plus partial / failure states (partially delivered / delivered with issues / attempted / failed / returned / cancelled)
• Source — Shopify, OpenCart, phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-in, CSV import, manual
• Payment — unpaid / partial / paid / overdue / refunded / on-account
• Type — Delivery or Collection (pickup)
• Open flags — only orders flagged for management attention (see Flagging an order)

Map view

Click the Map toggle to drop today's manifest onto a Leaflet map. Each pin is an order; the depot is the home pin. Pin clusters tell you which suburbs are dense and which need rebalancing. Collection orders aren't shown on the map (the customer comes to the depot).

Search

The search box matches against internal ref, customer name, phone (E.164 substring), and tracking code — partial matches work, case-insensitive.
